Water Management Solutions UK Ltd were commissioned to undertake an extensive Water Audit with the aim to rectify any irregularities within water billing for over 275 of The Priory's estates nation wide.

WMS UK were quick to conclude the water tariff charges which The Priory Group had been paying (often for many years) were incorrect. In some cases these charges ranged from unknown leaks and old equipment with no measuring facilities. Others arose from non consumptive charging mechanisms being incorrect such as surface water and highways drainage charges.  Collectively when these incorrect charges were analysed and collated, it resulted in hundreds of thousands of pounds being reclaimed.

All in all this proved to be a hugely worthwhile exercise in which The Priory Group remained fully cash positive throughout the process and are now reaping the benefits.
