After our review Debenhams Stores achieved water and sewage charges rebates and savings of £720,000.
Water Management Solutions UK Ltd were invited to undertake our audit process and use the relevant services to investigate water charges.
Not long after we had retrieved and analysed the billing information, WMS UK started to identify irregularities within the billing which resulted in hundreds of thousands being reclaimed for Debenhams from the water company.
The project was overall a huge success with Debenhams being able to reclaim in excess of £750,000 and ensuring that in future they have a sustainable water management structure in place.
